Suzie has 22 years hands on experience in the care sector, with over 12 years in a management role.

​

During this time in the care industry she has worked in both care homes and for the NHS. During her time as a trainee nurse she gained experience in mental health, dementia, learning disabilities, children and end of life care. She has a passion for this industry and enjoys furthering her skills and mentoring others to do the same.

 

Suzie will be the first contact for you when liaising with HW South West Care Ltd and will support you through the process and look forward to working with you and alongside you in the future.

Jemima Holly

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jemima has 20 years worth of experience working within the care sector from a nursing and carer background working in hospitals and care or nursing homes, to running a care franchise.

 

Jemima has worked with EMI units to rehabilitation and end of life so there isn't much experience she hasn't gained in the past 20 years. 

​

Being passionate about delivering the right care, over the years she liaised with adult social care, crisis teams, and rest homes, as well as the NHS.

 

An award-winning business owner she has a hardworking, determined, and very heartwarming nature.  

Sacha Rice

MANAGER

 I have ten years experience in care as well as experience in working with children as a teaching assistant. I am passionate about providing the right support within care.

A highly motivated and compassionate person I have a passion for my job role. I have excellent organisational skills and love new tasks.
